Yes, for most types of reports a signed proxy with a copy of the patient's ID is sufficient. SaluteInsieme provides you with a privacy-compliant proxy template. For hospital clinical records, additional specific authorisation may be required.
Collection is generally carried out within 24–48 working hours of authorisation. Tracked courier delivery takes a further 24–48 hours. Total: 3–5 working days. For urgent cases, contact us at +39 377 355 9458.
Before sending the agent, we verify that the report is actually ready for collection. If not ready yet, we agree on a new collection date and notify you immediately.
