Terms of Service
Please read carefully before using the SaluteInsieme portal.
By accessing the site or registering an account, the user fully accepts these Terms.

1. Definitions
- "Portal" / "Site": the SaluteInsieme web platform and mobile app accessible at www.saluteinsieme.it.
- "Operator": SaluteInsieme, VAT IT03003760596, based in Fondi (LT) ZIP 04022, Italy.
- "User": any natural or legal person who accesses the Portal.
- "Registered User": a User who has created a personal account.
- "Professional": a doctor, vet, lawyer, nurse, physiotherapist, patient companion, company or other entity offering services through the Portal, after verification and approval by the Operator.
- "Service": any provision intermediated through the Portal (bookings, products, consultations, etc.).
- "Deposit": the amount paid online at the time of booking to confirm the appointment.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Accessing and using the Portal constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Portal.
The Operator reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 15 days' notice via a notice on the Portal or by email. Continued use of the Portal after that period constitutes acceptance of the changes.
3. Description of Services
SaluteInsieme is an intermediary platform that connects Users and Professionals for the delivery of healthcare and related services. The Portal does not directly provide healthcare services.
- Booking of private medical and veterinary visits;
- NHS/CUP booking support;
- Telemedicine and video consultation;
- Patient companion, medical transport and remote report collection;
- Home medical, nursing and physiotherapy care;
- Healthcare legal advice;
- Pet services (vets, grooming, boarding, etc.);
- E-commerce of OTC medicines, supplements and health products.
4. Registration and User Account
4.1 Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old (or 18 for some services, or have parental consent if under 16);
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information;
- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
4.2 Account responsibility
The User is responsible for all activities carried out through their account. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported immediately to info@saluteinsieme.it.
4.3 Account deletion
The User may delete their account at any time from their personal area or by contacting support. Deletion is subject to the retention periods required by applicable law and by the Privacy Policy.
5. Professionals and Businesses
- Register and complete the professional profile;
- Provide documentation attesting required professional qualifications;
- Await verification and approval by the SaluteInsieme team.
SaluteInsieme reserves the right to refuse or revoke approval at any time in case of irregularities, founded complaints or violation of these Terms.
6. Payments and Deposit
- Online payments are managed through a PCI-DSS certified payment gateway. SaluteInsieme does not store credit card or bank account data.
- The deposit is a confirmation deposit pursuant to Art. 1385 of the Italian Civil Code. The amount is indicated at the time of booking.
- In case of User cancellation beyond the allowed period, the deposit is retained by the Professional.
- In case of cancellation by the Professional, the deposit is fully refunded to the User within 5–10 working days.
- Refund requests must be sent to info@saluteinsieme.it within 48 hours of booking or according to the specific service conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
SaluteInsieme acts exclusively as an intermediary and is not responsible for:
- The quality, efficacy or appropriateness of the healthcare services provided by Professionals;
- Diagnostic or therapeutic errors by Professionals;
- Failure by Professionals to honour appointments;
- Direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Portal, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence by the Operator;
- Service interruptions due to force majeure or scheduled maintenance.
The Portal does not replace the doctor-patient relationship nor a professional clinical assessment. Information on the Portal is general in nature and does not constitute medical advice.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Providing false data, impersonating others or creating multiple accounts;
- Publishing false, defamatory, obscene or third-party rights-infringing content;
- Making bookings in bad faith or with speculative intent;
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to IT systems or other users' data;
- Using the Portal for unauthorised commercial activities or spam;
- Violating any applicable law or regulation.
9. Intellectual Property
All Portal content (logo, graphics, texts, code, structure) is the property of SaluteInsieme or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution or modification without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from use of the Portal, the competent court is that of Latina, Italy, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
